Question ORP Tire prices

I have a 98 F150 with the ORP package. I'm looking for another set of tires since my truck has 52,000 miles on it. My tire sizes are P265/70R/17. I went to sears and they wanted 660 plus tax for the goodyear wrangler rt/s. I'm kinda looking for a tire that gets good gas mileage and is quiet on the road, I rarely do any offroading. anyone have any prices at all??

Have you looked into the BFG AT/S. It's a nice tire in my opinion, wears good and is quiet, and great in all weather conditions. They have them in a 265/17. Good luck.

I bought Dunlops for less than $400. See my reply under "ORP tire quality" in this catagory.
Love 'em so far!

If you rarely go off road, you might like the Wrangler HT's, but not if you drive in the snow.

I would stay with a ORP tire if I were you. I put the newer style Goodyear Wranglers AT/S tires on my truck & I love them. Plus if you re-sale your truck later it does help the value in re-sale!!!!! That is to stay with OEM look for the ORP. Cost was $128.00 per tire. And Wal-Mart sells them now too!!.....Lariat#1

Too bad your not close by, I have some 265/70/17's for sale for 50 bucks each. They came off my Expedition right after I left the dealer. Their Firestone's AT's. Forty miles on them and people think that's too much money. Tirerack has them for 95 bucks.
