I have bought about 4 sets of tires from Tirerack. All shipped quickly and at the best price including local installation. I have also bought tires locally as the total cost was better so do a thorough comparison. The Tirerack salespeople are very knowledgible about their products. The service was great when I was shipped a bad tire once.

There is a warehouse in CT that you may be able to drive and pick up/install for cheaper than shipping/local installtion.

I bought shocks and brake pads for my wife's car from tire rack. Quick delivery, good prices, no hassles.

I bought Hawk HP brake pads from them. They had the best price on the pads, but not the PowerSlot rotors, whcih I got somewhere else.

The pads shipped quickly without problem. I would buy from them again.

I've bought two sets of tires from tirerack and I have been very very satisfied. They are professional, knowledgeable, fast, and have easily had the best prices. On Saturday I ordered 4 Bridgestone Revos which were on back-order just about everywhere else in the country (so I was told by others). Tirerack confirmed this with me but told me they had them, just not at the warehouse closest to me. So I said fine and ordered them...they came from Delaware and arrived at my doorstep Tuesday night. That's 2 business days with a set of tires that most places said would take weeks (some months) to get.

Outstanding merchant...I highly recommend them.

Bought 2 sets of tires from them. They shipped them FedEx freight ground for the silly low shipping costs that they quoted, and they shipped to me from the Indy location. Got them in next day to my shock.

Never had to test out CS functions yet myself.

Sounds like 1010tires might have better pricing from the post above. ??

They typically have the best tire prices available. I've purchased three sets of tires in the last five years from them with no complaints.

The Army/Air Force Exchange (AAFES) Service Stations accept price challenges. So, I order the tires through the exchange. They order them from Tire Rack, and I get them for the Exchange's bulk rate price which saves me even more money. Not to mention the free installation.
