front rotors
disk remove
What kind of truck? some don,t separate.
If you can ,just remove the whole hub with the disk.
Remove the bearings and grease, heat it up with a torch or us a press or puller +hammer to separate. Some disks and drums have a jacking hole; it'a threaded hole you just thread a bolt into to separate the two parts.
If you've been hammering on it hard, you may want to check you bearings for dammage.

That is the same problem I am having. 1998 f250 - 7 lug 4x4. I can't get the front rotors off to save my life. I bought the new rotors and they look as though they should slip right off/on once the caliper mount is removed. Even removed the 35mm nut and found that got me no where. I have a large gear puller I was going to try next. The hammer trick didn't touch them. Hate to put heat to it but will if necessary... HELP!

I was fortunate that the hammer trick and WD40 did it, but I was taking the rear drums off my 96 Aerostar and was introduced to PB Blaster - best stuff since sliced bread. It took a few hours to let is soak in and then another treatment, but the drum broke loose.
I would try the PB Blaster on it - squirt it around where the lug nuts are and get it behind the rotor - spin the rotor around so that the stuff drains in to the center of the hub.
Hope this helps!
