Front End Squeaking

I am new to the site and forum so this question may have been previously addressed but here it goes anyway.

I have a real bad squeaking in the front end of my truck everytime I turn the wheel. It wasn't too bad when I first bought the truck a year ago but now it has gotten super loud. There seems to be no problems, performance wise or functionally with the truck but the squeaking is unbearable.

I am not sure if it just the ball joints or maybe something else that can be remedied in a simple way.

If anybody else has had this problem and/or knows how to solve it please let me know.

Thanks

It's most likely the Pitman Arm. It's lubed for life, but life usually means 50,000 miles before it begins to squeak. You can poke a hole in the dust boot and inject it with some grease. But, your best bet is an aftermarket part with a grease fitting, such as MOOG.
