Post Brake Vibe w/ slotted rotors

Has anyone else noticed a vibration after installing slotted rotors on their trucks. It has been many years since I put brakes on a truck, but I don't think I flawed the process.

Input will be appreciated!

Unhappy

From what I have read on this site and others the vibration is common when decelerating hard on the highway when using slotted rotors. Most people describe it as noise rather than vibration.

Other than that, how do you like them? I have been considering a pair myself.

you need to get new front pads and have the rotors turned if possible.

OK_ the brakes and rotors are new. I think the vibration comes from the slotted rotors. They seem to stop the truck very well, much better than stock, just wondering if the vibe (or noise) is normal.

As far as the door cracks...do a search on this message board. I hope that you have a strong stomach for this, cause almost every truck I have seen (prior to 2000) has it/them.

thanks for the replies.
