ABS always engaging!

My ABS is always engaging. The light comes and goes. What gives?

The ABS light only comes on when the system has detected a problem with the control unit. Best get it checked out.

Had the same thing happening to mine. Dealer said that an ABS wheel sensor in the front was bad. Replaced it and it is fine now. Hope this helps.

Wiring (sensor) issues top-the-chart on failure modes for ABS.
