Post squeeking??

I have a problem with my 99 f-150 supercab 4x2. It squeek like you wouldn't believe! At first I thought it was just the brakes because that was all that i could hear making a noise. But last night I noticed that it squeeks even when I am in drive. If I am coasting without hitting the gas, it does it, and if I go into reverse it does it also. And on top of all of that it squeeks loudly when I aply the brakes also! Any advice on what it could be before I take it in to a shop??
