Question Any thoughts?

I will try to be brief. For the 1995 truck in the sig.

I took my truck to the local dealership (for warranty work) because it was losing about 2 quarts of coolant a week (~300 miles). I looked everywhere and could not find anything (cold or hot engine). They did their "pressure test" and said it was the gasket on the timing cover and replaced it. Got it home and was leaking a lot, all over the driveway (cold and hot), so I took it back (apparently they did not do another leak test to verify). They said it was now leaking from a hose from the intake manifold and flared up because they fixed the timing cover.

Does this make sense?

It could happen..

If the hose was weak and the pressure that was being relieved elsewhere was now putting stress on the weak hose...

As long as they fix it free, no worries!
