Odo DTC code

I disconnected the neg. battery terminal to remove my superchip, after connecting it back, my O/D started flashing and the odometer self test is showing "DTC9356" which I found was "ignition run circuit open", anybody know what this is and what the cause might be? Thanks!!!

Not like I am the master of SuperChips or even close, but a good guess is all the coating is not off the connectors, or the chip is not fully seated.

Maybe asking Mike in a phone call would get you a better answer, but I would suggest this first, b/c a lot of posts have this as a problem resoultion.

01screw,

The HEC code that you retrieved has to do with the ignition switch. One of the circuits is open. Because your O/D light is flashing I would suspect one of the following: in the Battery Junction Box the #29 Fuse 5Amp or the #5 fuse 15Amp is blown.

Thanks for your posts!!

SSCULLY,
It happens when I remove my chip, when I put it back the O/D light shops flashing??!!

JMC,
I check the fuses, nothing wrong. Anyway, I tried putting my chip back and the O/D light and the DTC code are gone now. As Soon as I pull the chip out, the O/D starts flashing again!! I'm resetting the PCM each time I remove or install the chip.

01,

Have the tranny codes read to verify why the O/D light is flashing.
