You notice that he doesn't explain what it is???

I'll bet that what he's selling is a resistor that will trick the computer into thinking that the incomming air is cooler than it actually is, causing your engine to run rich. I wouldn't be surprised if the MIL came on shortly after making this modification.

It's a bad idea
