I've just started to notice a slight hesitation in my truck that is most noticeable while cruising at hwy. speeds. It feels like the drag put on the engine when the air conditioning compress comes on(however air is off) or when a gust of wind hits your truck head on on a windy day. Only noticeable while cruising the interstate. No drop in mileage. The truck is a 99 5.4. with 38,000 miles. Any ideas? Thanks, Ken

 

Just do a tune-up....replace the fuel filter, air filter, plugs, wires, rotor, cap.

 

let me know if you find the wires, rotor, & cap!!
