Exclamation

I glanced through the new cases on the Milbrg web page and did not find Ford as a company they are dealing with....

Why the secrecy and/or are the in fact handling the case?

Not secrecy, just not seeking publicity - trying to give Ford a chance to do the right thing without too much public prodding that could back them into a corner. (At least that was my thinking - the firm handling the class action has it's own lawyerly ways of handling these things, and I'm pretty naive about it, but I imagine they tend to keep quiet until absolutely necessary.)
