Question FAN STOPS WHEN ACCELERATING

I POSTED THIS IN THE ELECTRICAL AREA BUT AM NOT SURE IT IS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
THIS IS VERY STRANGE. WHEN ACCELERATING, MY FAN WILL SLOW THEN STOP. AS SOON AS I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE PEDEL THE FAN COMES ON FULL FORCE. THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. I HAVE A NEW ALTERNATOR AND MY BATTERY IS STRONG. I CAN TURN ON ALL THE LIGHTS (I HAVE 8 WHEN HIGH BEEM IS ON)AND CRANK UP 600 WATTS OF MUSIC WITHOUT ANY EFFECT ON THE FAN. SEEMS TO BE MORE RELATED TO VACUME??
I KNOW THERE ARE VACUME SWITCHES IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM.
ANY IDEAS...

Does the fan actually turn off?
The Ford set up is that if the A/C is on, and you hit full throttle the A/C will turn off.
It is possible that your fan is still on but you don't feel the cold air.

If your not running the A/C when this, happens and your fan actually does turn off, then I'm sorry for the response because I'm at a loss.
