Does anybody know if there is company that makes aftermarket overhead cams for the 5.4l f-150 yet. I've been waiting over a year for someone to start making one. Now does anybody know what size cam is in the 5.4 and what size i can put in it. and will this screw the computer up. I'm trying to get more top end power.

 

Any competent automotive machine shop can regrind cams to your spec.

I'm soon to order a 208/216 duration @ .500 lift / .488/.505 lift with 108 lobe separation. Of course... this can be done by a shop also.
