Question Hesitation at 1800 rpm

Hi. My truck (see sig) has had this problem for quite a while, and its getting pretty annoying. When accelarating, from a stop and sometimes normal driving, it seems to hesitate around 1800 rpm. It is most noticable in first and second, but sometimes I think I can feel it in third. Once I get to about 2000 rpm, I can feel the power kick in and it drives like it should. Any ideas? If I failed to mention something, or you need more info, let me know. I'm on here pretty much all day (but don't tell the boss!! ) Thanks!!
