Post aluminum driveshaft

Has anybody seen these for a 97?

1997 XLT Teal 4.6L Flareside 4x4 ORP. Automatic, Reg. cab, 3.55LS, tinted windows, bug deflector, Dual exhaust, K&N Generation 2 air filter, BullDog keyless entry/remote start, Modern 16" wheels, bedliner, Covercraft tonneau cover, White faced gauges, electronic shift on the fly, Clarion ADX5655z Double Din Cassette & CD, 4 Pioneer TS-A6865 speakers and superchip. Going to add headers.

Future mods: Supercharger, headers, NOS, tranny upgrade(heavy duty gears, clutch packs, etc.), performance torque converter, bore engine 30 over, new pistons, crank, and rods, performance heads, new L if they still make them and I like the way it looks, and a Z06 Vette or BMW Z3.

On my 97 xlt reg cab long bed I had a aluminum drive shaft. At least I think I did. After 3 years there was no rust and it had a silver like look to it.

my dads 97 did, my 98 and 99 did. my 2000 doesn't, could be because my 2000 is a 4x4 and all the others were 4x2s... don't know. I wish mine was aluminum though.

I started a topic similar to this, actually it might have been titled the same last year and there were alot of replies to it. Do a search and see if you can find it. My 2000 has a rusty steel drive shaft.

I have a 97 4x4 and mine is all rusted so I "assume" it's steel.
