Lightnings
I was going to get one also, I have a Supercharged Mustang , so that helped me in deciding against one. The pros and cons are hard to assign a value to.I mean whats it worth to have the coolest truck to ever be built?
cons,
expence of premium fuel
cab space when compaired to an supercab
short bed if you really need a long.
When you consider what the "L" can do, it's awesome looking, fast, handles excellent and brakes. you could build a truck to equal its performance, however I don't think you could do so for any less money, and it comes with a 3 yr 36K!
I really needed an extra cab( for passengers),I couldn't bear loading it up with Mt bikes, kayaks, and snowmobiles and I couldn't have another vehicle that would remain parked for the winter. It was hard for me, but I know I made the right choice in my case. If I had gotten one, I wouldn't use it as a truck, but more like a "show car/toy".I need to go get a tissue now to wipe away tears.

Henry:
The Cons. Premium gas. Insufficient storage space inside the cab. Sound system.
The Pros. Where do I begin?
Having the acceleration, handling and braking abilities to cope with most traffic situations could be foremost.
The styling is excellent, in my opinion.
Seeing the swiveling necks of drivers and passengers in passing vehicles, trying to get another angle of view. Thumbs up, and shouts saying "nice truck".
Strangers walking up to and around the truck, just admiring. Or coming up and saying to the driver something complimentary about the Lightning. This happens all the time.
Sitting at a stoplight, knowing you've got just about the baddest (best) truck ever made. Waiting for some uninformed Type A Personality to try to beat you to the lane merge, knowing that they don't have a chance.
I could go on, but maybe some other Lightning drivers will give you their impressions.
Once you've opened the fence gate and drove one, you'll never want any less of a performance truck.
