Am I alone?
Well, that all depends on who's behind the wheel! Put Ashley Judd in a Dodge and I'm just liable to crawl in there with her.

ever notice how ford shows how they are better than chevy, and chevy shows how they are better than for, but neither of them pay any attention to dodge. because they don't need to. they might as well just put dodge in with the imports.
As seen on this site, some of us have had some problems every now and then with our F-150's but I know the Dodges are THE WORST for problems!! I see warranty performance numbers and they are awful. Not to mention poor resale, gas mileage, and a dealer network suffering from the basics. The RAM hasn't changed its style in how long??

i have always hated dodges but lately they got some cool stuff
such as the duallies look mean when slammed on the ground
rams are ugly though and not in proportion
the dakotas are back in proportion so they look good
and the durangos are all right
the r/t's are slow compared to the big engine and low weight
anything can be made to look right though
for me all dodges are ugly stock
but once u slap some 20's on em and start scraping some asphalt they start looking better (except for the butt ugly rams)

Well I have a 99 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 and must say it has been the best truck I have owned to date except for the horrid gas milage. I dont care about brand loyality as I have owned ford, chevy, toyota, dodge and nissan pickups. All trucks had their good and bad sides but none were horrible. My 99 would have been a ford had it been the same in price but ended up being about $3500 more for an equivalant truck.
cant stand dodge's, their slow and ugly. Plus made of crap. Worst truck out there, but atleast it a north american 1/2 ton, comared to the toyota tundra, dont they know that pick-ups are an american/canadian thing? oh well
plus, have u seen pics for the 2002 dodge, DAMN! they just keep gettin worse! I cant believe anyone would buy one of those.
But i do agree with HOSRACN, when you look at the truck market its always a battle between Ford and Chevy on who makes the best truck, everyone else doesnt count. Ford's and chevy's are the best trucks, if i couldnt buy a ford then it would be a chev, but i would always take the ford first!

Why are the new GMC ads directed at Dodge only? Have they conceded the Top Dog position to the incredible Blue Oval? Professional grade my ***. Dodge different? You got that crap right. Different as homosexuals!
I'm a ford owner now but owned a dodge for ten years and it was a dependable truck. I sold the truck and it was in good condition with no rust. Ford could learn a lesson here. These trucks are rusting before the new smell is getting out of the cab plus doors are cracking. I would not be so critical of other auto makers. Looks like ford will be the rust king this time. I still like my ford but there is no excuse for a truck to be 2 1/2 years old to rust. Truck is not used in the salt belt. I will hate to see what this truck will look like in ten years?
And here we go. On the age old battle of Ford vs Chevy vs Dodge. I am in parts sales for a national auto parts store and I have to say from experience and honesty that we sell our share of parts for ALL 3 brands. As someone once said you can get a good one or a bad one, just the luck of the draw. But don't get me wrong I love my Ford F150, but I have also owned a Chevy S10, that was a great truck. The only complaint I got is that the aftermarket companies make a ton of more stuff for Chevy's than Fords, but you can still find way more parts for Fords than a Dodge. So I guess that does make me bais in someways. Oh well.
well......
considering that my girlfriend drives a 95 Ram 1500 SLT 4x4 i suppose i really SHOULD say that i like Dodges but... actually i have to say that, having ridden in her truck many a time, i actually DO like Dodge trucks. (!) Personally, I'll stick with my F150, but her Ram is a very nice truck so methinks we'll just keep both trucks and get plenty of use out of the two of them (for road trips and camping trips we use her truck, for off-roading and getting dirty we use my truck, for heavy hauling we use both of em).
