1997 F-150 xlt, ext cab, limited slip rear end, automatic.
1-What is the HP and torque rating on this engine?
2-What kind of HP increase should I expect from the following?
a- Flowmaster dual exaust
b- K-N Air Filter
c- Superchip
d- POWERAID
Also if any or all of these products will decrease my fuel consumption (13/17.5mpg).

I wnat to do some work to this truck I just don't want to throw money at it.

The stock 97 5.4 produces 235 hp @ 4250 rpm and 330 ft/lbs @ 3000 rpm. For the Flowmaster add 10 hp, K&N filter about 3 hp, Superchip 28 hp and the Poweraid spacer 0. These mods are for adding power not decreasing fuel consumption. They might if you don't use the go pedal as much.
