Post Inaccurate speedometer!!!!

Installed new guage overlays the other day and I had to remove the needles to do so. After reinstalling I can't get the speedometer to read accurately. Anybody have an ingenious idea to fix this???

Best way is to leave the plastic cover off the guage cluster and have someone pace you.

Can I compensate for my oversized tires at the same time?? I don't mind if the speedo doesn't work until 15-20 mph, as long as it is accurate at higher speeds.

Your not the only one Boss.
I marked the gauges and thought I replaced the needles perfectly. Wrong!
