Post Weird truck problems

Anybody ever find out what is wrong with the rough idle problem?

I reset my computer yesterday and the rough idle problem I had months ago came back. This morning the truck actually stalled. And coming home from work it almost stalled twice.

Also has anyone ever heard of this: Most of the time when I open and close a door, the 'door ajar' light stays on anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes before it goes off.

My guess is both of the problems are computer related.

Can't help you with the idle question, but the door ajar one is pretty simple. The sensor is located in the door latches and has gotten slightly dirty. Use a little WD-40 with the little tube to squirt it right into the latch mechanism inside the door latches. Your door ajar indicator light problem will disappear.

Good luck!
