Post Crank Question?

I have a 2001 Ford Commercial Vehicles brochure. It says 5.4 and 6.8 triton engines have massive forged cranks. My question is does the 4.6 engine have a forged crank that isn't massive or does it not have a forged crank.

Thanks
Joe
