Purchased my truck at Dillion ford. After reading everyones post I realized I had the wrong radiotor 1.02". Called my dealer and they had no clue and put me on hold. Talked to 3 guys and finnaly hung up. You said you Went to Williams Ford in West Hartford and they replaced yours. Could I only get mine replaced at Dealer I bought it? Also who should I deal with at Williams Ford. Do you have a Number? Please help me with this thanks and what information should I bring it the sourcebook printout, manual, etc??? Thanks

I belive they treat it as a misbuild, not a waranty problem. so you will have to have your dealer contact Ford and set up a meeting with the Regional Customer Service manager, and Field engineer.I bought my truck at Williams. If Ford acknowledged this as a problem,and handled it as a waranty claim you could have gone anywhere.If I can be of any help feel free to contact me.
