I ran my 98 F150 - 5.4 through the car wash(spray type) and now it is runnung like a pig,any suggestions, please help?

 

its possible that water is in the spark plug well see if theres water get a air blow gun with compress air to dry out the s p well

 

Thanks, I'll try that, I used to know what an engine looked like, but now the parts dont look the same, couldnt even find the plugs until I found out they have a coil on top,tx

 

wow.. water might have gotten into alot of area's of the engine.. check wire harnesses and fuse boxes under the hood.. also water might have gotten into the alternator.. I once drove into a really LARGE puddle,, 2 days later my alternator died..

make sure you check your coil on plugs because that what was wrong with my trcuk when it had bad idle
