I have a 1999 F150 supercab with 81,000 and just went through hell with many of the same issues - head gaskets for both sides
(twice on the drivers side - 1.5 days after the 1 month it took them to replace the first set of gaskets). I also experienced the brake issue (new rotors - early on after I got the truck) and the wiper issue. Now my radio/cd led's fad out and take a time to come back. But at least I got 80K out of the 5.4L before the head gaskets failed. Several guys at work have the same year F150 and at least six of them are on the 2nd or third set of head gaskets.
