HI!...SPEEDER : The stock 5.4 heads should give you a gain of about 25H.P. The stock injectors will work with these heads. You will have to run 5.4 "99" cams with these heads and use the 4.6 cam gears. From what I have been told by many sources is that the 5.4 cams have more duration than the 4.6 cams do.Hope this helps you out.
