Aftermarket Lighning parts on a normal 5.4

Does it work? I just went to JDMEngineering's site and emailed them basically the same question. The parts I'm interested are a cool air induction kit, Billet T/B single blade, electric fan, and cobra r water pump. This horsepower addiction is going to be the end of my wallet!
I'm thinking I can modify the air kit to fit my k&N FIPK. Either that or create one of my own. Does anyone have pics of this kit?
I'm also assuming that the addition of these parts would require a reburn of my Superchip. But I'll post that question in the cp chips forum, also.
Thank you for your help.

The electric fan and water pump fit, the TB and intake don't; the Lightning is completely different.

You can find a F-150 TB and intake much cheaper somewhere else.

I would spend my cash somewhere else. The fan kit while nice is very costly, you could do it yourself for much less. And that water pump, well it's from a Lincoln Mark VIII, and only cost $80.00. I have one if you want it.
