Electric Fan
I just bought this electric fan off ebay:

I wanted to know if 2500cfm is enough or should I get two and Have the second wired to the A/C compressor. I wanted to leave out the shroud thats why I didnt go with the MarkVIII fan. I like Neals setup.

In your neck of the woods, I would install 2 fans. I believe in moderate temps, the single (2500 cfm) will be marginal for engine cooling. But stopped in traffic with the air conditioning on, you may have problems. I would wire up the second one for AC only.
That looks like the same fan many companies are selling. Hayden sells that same fan, and rates it 1800 cfm. You have to watch the CFM rating's, because some of them are open air, not through a radiator core, which will affect flow. That fan draws 16 amps according to Hayden.
I was thinking about an electric fan, and still might do it.
Flex-a-lite has a bolt on unit for Ford trucks, but it is about $350. It has a cfm rating of over 4000, as I recall, but it might be as high as 5000 cfm.
Probably 2 fans would be best for that application.

Just got my Flex-a-lite fans installed at the Flex-a lite factory and they ROCK. Super quiet and they are conservately rated at 5500 CFM. They come on at 60% speed then if more cooling is required they will step up all they way to full speed if needed. Even at 60% it cools off my truck ASAP. Get them, they great.
