UPDATE!
Well, I finally got around to dropping my truck off at the Ford dealership earlier this week. What a mistake.
----I did my homework before i went in....
-I talked to the mechanics to make sure they were experienced with this...ok
-Documented all of the problems i was having...so that there would be no mis understandings...
-Waited a couple of weeks for there schedule to slow down...so they wouldn't be in a rush.
-Finally i dropped it off to be fixed. I was told 2-3 days...I told them to take there time and do it write the first time.
----
Well i call this afternoon to find out that they SAID they were working on my truck...when i started asking detailed questions about how it was going...they confessed that they didn't know what was going on... After a few phone calls, i found out that my truck has been sitting in the same spot all week and hasn't been touched!! WHAT? I said take you time...but this is a little much... And they couldn't even tell me when they would fix it...so I went by and picked it up...
My truck is not a science project...apparently these guys dont have a clue about how to run a service department...on to the next dealership...

Sorry so long....I just had to vent!

The only thing that makes madder than that is totally incompetent mechanics.
I got sick of working on my 72 Cutlass once, about 85% of the way through an engine swap. The engine was all painted
up the correct color, I had everything done
except the trans cooling lines and a couple of other things. Well,I went to pick it up and when they started it for me trans fluid went six feet in the air,all over the engine, and the car and almost me...The lines had been threaded, but not tightened. The engine also ran horribly, this was because the accel spark plug wires had been pulled out of there boots, then shoved back in like I wouldn't notice. They also had managed to put deep scratches in both valve covers. They then had the nerve to charge me $200 for this "service". My only piece of mind from this situation was that they were out of business less than 6 months
later. This "shop" was recommended by the manager of an Autozone,I should've known,LOL Live and learn,,,,98
