I'm looking at the salvage yards as well as online I'll let you know if I find anything. 16,000 miles till warranty is up!

You have your work cut out for you. These engines just don't give up very quickly to have very much normal turnover. The wrecked trucks' triton engines are usually gone before they get them to the yard. If you want one, don't expect it to be cheap.

Regulator,I was just trying to research this out a little further for a better ballpark figure for you.To see if what you brought up is worthwhile or not cost effective.thats all.

I've shopped around and they are about 3K for a wrecked truck one.

Cool

What I'd really love to find is a wrecked superduty with the 5.4 and manual tranny.

:-)
