Air Force One HP increase
I think the truck runs better with the factory intake, I actually lost low end power. I had mine on in the summer months and the hot air from the engine compartment has got to be bad for HP. The filter on the AF1 does not seal up to the fender inlet as the vendors might want you to beleive.

I kinda agree with Terry123 about some low end loss during the summer but some strong pulling during the fall and winter.
however it may be because this is going to happen with or without the airforce one or airaid just because the temperature of the air always affects the performance of the engine.
as far as the gains that these companies advertise. they are hp numbers given at the flywheel and under the most optimum circumstances and not at all rpm ranges.
if you do want a little more mid to top end power i think they are worth it.
