Question A-pillar / custom gauges

Does anyone have a link or advice on installing those a-pillar gauge clusters, or any more custom jobs?
I'm curious to find out how to wire the various sensors, etc. I saw the one that was done quite nicely for the tranny temp on the 250 crew-cab.

I was mainly thinking of things like water temp, oil pressure etc. I really liked the looks of the gauges.

Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Bambino, Check out www.autometer.com. They carry those A-pillar gauge pods and every kind of gauge you can imagine.

Hey Neal - I thought they looked pretty cool, and had read about the oil pressure gauge on our trucks being a dummy gauge - so I thought about tossing a couple gauges in there. My Rig is not supercharged, nor will it ever be - so I'm struggling to figure out what i would want the guages to represent.

It's all about the toys...

Bambino:
Guages are great but one word of caution...make sure you keep the idiot light hooked up if you install guages. I ruined the engine on a new Toyota Corolla because I didn't have the light to warn me. Guages are nice but they don't get the attention a light does.

HI!... BAMBINO : The guages that I have are AUTOMETER 2-5/8 "PHANTOM" series. They are mechanical because with other experience that I have, the electrical guages are no way close to being accurate. It's a little harder to install mechanical guages, but it's worth it. The guages that I have are : (starting from the bottom) TRANS TEMP, OIL PREASURE, ENGINE TEMP.
