Question throttle bodies

Navigator TB on Ebay
Are the throttle bodies on the Lincoln Navigator and Ford Lightning the same for some years? I'm thinking about an intake mod where I'd need a TB very similar to the one on Ebay above. I have another, similar one off a Lightning. I can't seem to see any IAC mounts anywhere. How is the idle air controlled in Navigators/Lightnings?
