Post Ignition system upgrade

I'm thinking about an ignition system upgrade and need advice on what type of system to get. Should I get a DIS system? How many coil packs do I need. Which brand is best Jacobs, MSD? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

From what I have read here, the Jacobs is the only system presently that is a no splice install. just plug and go. You can get it from Summit for around $290 for the unit or like $100 more with the wires and mounting kit. Do a search for Jacobs and you will find the post with the part numbers and prices.
