Question Engine Specs

I just purchased my first Ford Truck. It is an '84 F150 with the 300 straight 6. I bought a Hanes manual, but haven't been able to locate what the horse power and torque ratings are for this engine. Its the gasoline version and has a 3 on-the-tree. If someone could fill me in on what its HP and torque figures are, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

No one out there can help me? I didn't think it would be that tough, at least for a Ford Enthusiast site! Anyway, the truck has 58,000 miles on it. It is powder blue and doesn't have too much rust. I would be interested in finding information on the 4 barrel intake and split exhaust kits available for it. The current "problems" I am having with it is that when started cold, the choke sets, but once I touch the gas pedal, the engine goes to the warm idle setting and conks out. I haven't looked at it yet, but feel it is in the choke linkage. It also "stumbles/misses" at highway speeds (65-75MPH). Not enough to loose speed, but enough to feel. Any suggestions? Once again, thanks in advance.
