Post Ford Higher Up Problems

I have a recall on my engine. I am not in the mood to get into specifics but the ford place says that they cant get the part in. I have b chd and screamed and they ordered it, it is almost a week overdue. I dont think they are taking me seriously. Somone on here said that they had the number of one of the higher ups in the ford motor company. If you could please email me the # waldo_white@msn.com I am gettin sick of this. If you know who sent it or where the thread it please post or send me a link. Thanks alot guys/gals.

I didnt get to see all of it ( i have a 3 month old and a 3 year old). basically ford has had a problem with the explorer flipping over. there fix (for all you guys out there who talk about the great engineers at ford make trucks just to please us) was to lower the tire pressure to 26 psi. there has also been a tire problem since early 90's. ford, firestone and the goverment are basically blaming each other. i am sure i missed something so i shouldnt say but it didi not look good for ford or firestone
