Question Do I change 1 head or 2?

If you've followed the saga I'm in the process of repairing my cylinder head due to a lack of ability to thread a spark plug in one of the plug holes. My question is this. With 130k miles on the truck, do I change just the one head, or would it be in my favor, and the trucks favor to replace both heads. That way I have 2 heads with new valve train, or one with new, and one with old. By the way, a new head, cam included is only $320, and since I'm replacing many other items, the Ford dealership is knocking 25% off the cost for me. That's really cool of them.

I'm fairly sure this is a no brainer....just hoped to save some $$$. Oh well...the difference is only 3 bills. Better now than later I guess.

Cool

HI!... I would strongly suggest you to change both heads at the same time. What year 5.4 do you have? If it's a pre "99" 5.4 and you buy new PI heads your original intake manifold won't bolt up. The PI heads intake ports are differently shaped than non- PI heads intake ports.

Well, I ordered the heads from Ford today. Just hope I can get it all back together in one weekend. Gotta head to Cali soon for work. Woooohoooooo!!!! Oh, yeah, I ordered the heads for my year truck, so I'm going to asume they are not the 'P' heads. I hope...I'll be one ticked SOB.
