Sound Ford Renton Washington
Trying to help fellow for owners out there!
I'm sorry to say that I have had a bad expierence with them. I was not only jerked around on the sale price(adding 3000.00 with out me knowing until I looked closer). I bought the vehicle and a week later I was contacted by sound ford telling me that I had to come in and sign a few papers. Well I smelled a rat! Sure enough they said my 9000.00 dollar payment wasn't good enough and the bank wanted 3000.00 more. Anyway I called the better buisness bureau and they have been put on probation due to numerous complaints(over 20) about there sale tactics and calling customers telling them they owe more money! BUYER BEWARE ON THIS DEALERSHIP..
