2 Rear Engine Seals in 30k km?

2 Rear Engine Seals in 30k km?
has anyone else had the trouble with rear engine seals in 99+ F150 4.6/Auto going?
our truck has had 2 seals leaking after only 30,018 KM and the lube shop guy says that's not even supposed to happen within 70k wtf is with the truck... do we have a lemon?
We had the first one go ~ 15k and a FORD DEALERSHIP fixed it (under warranty)but now it's leaking AGAIN... and only my 53 year old mother has been driving it for the past ~16k km so it's not like it's been abused for the second seal to go (although the first one could have gone from abuse)
