Question Radiator Flush

Just reading some of the posts below and I'm just curious . . . how often does everyone flush/change their radiator fluid? How many miles?

Does it matter if you are in a particularily harsh climate? Half of the year here is below freezing with 3 of those months well below freezing (below -10 F).

I flush at 2yrs/or 20k miles. Old antifreeze still looks good at this point.
