Red face 4.9L engine stalling and Hesitating

I have a '92 F-150 with the 4.9L (300 6cyl) that stalls after about 5-10 seconds after I start it (outside temp does not matter). Also (I think this is related) when going down the road and barely tuching the gas it has a slight hesitation, but when I step on the gas more it goes away..The dealer can't find anything wrong and I have replaced the TPS, Mass air flow, water temp and Ho2 sensors..I love my truck but this is starting to get annoying...

Have you checked your catalitic converter? You can do a backpressure test to see if the exhaust system is restricted.

Check your plug wires. Should replace every 20,000 miles or so.

Check for vaccuum leaks. Often you can get under the hood with engine running and listen for high pitch sounds or air type sounds. You might have some worn hoses.

Have you checked the thermostat to see if it is bringing the engine up to proper operating temperature? If its stuck open or closed will cause problems.

I think it's probably something with the spark plugs or distributor cap. I know its not the case for you but I was having the same problem last week in Moab when I was offroading. Turned out I had water in my distributor cap from the creek we were driving in so we had to pull out the WD40 for that. Anyway, I think you should check your spark plugs and distributor cap. Make sure the contacts in the distributor cap aren't getting worn down.
