~45k maintenance suggestions?

New member so be gentle.... hehe
~45K on a 99 EB X 5.4. Occasionaly idles a little rough. I have done nothing to the engine but change the oil every 3-4K with Mobil 1 synthetic and a K&N dropin. I'm thinking of having the dealer put in new plugs, flush the radiator and
change the tranny fluid. Anything I'm missing,
besides checking air filter and tire rotation?
My thought being the plugs might be the issue
with the occasional rough idle.
Going to get the Superchip next.
Thanks in advance,
Dan

I think the owners manual says to replace the coolant at 45k, then every 30k after that.

Blown is right, don't forget the fuel filter. My department has gone to a 10,000 mile requirement to replace the fuel filter. And for the rough idle, try another brand of fuel.

Good Luck.
