Question Rebuilt '86 302 Problem

I just rebuilt my 1986 fuel injected 302 in an F150. Well, it seems that none of my gauges or instrumentation is working. Checked fuses. I am most worried about the no oil pressure gauge. Only thing I can think of is the distributor my not be fully seated. I prelubed the engine and it was pumping oil very good. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, is there any other issues I should check/deal with to make this rebuild work smooth?

No guages are working at all?

check to see if a harnass is unplugged or something like that. Maybe check connections at sending units. It would seem to be a bundle of wires together if no guages are working. Maybe the connection at the intrument cluster if you had that out for some reason.

As for anything else, make sure you change the break-in oil. About 500-1000 miles should be good. Then go every 3k miles. Don't use any synthetics or additives during break-in, so it can break in.
Don't baby it too much, run it pretty good under normal load.

Good Luck
