HP/torque

Does anyone know anything the the HP/torque ratings for a stock '98 Ford F-150 5.4L Triton V8?

I know that there is not a specific rating, b/c there is too many things that can affect it, but does anyone know any legit basic ratings?

Dyno'd 5.4L Today!!

I Dyno'd my 5.4L in my 1999 Ford F-150 SuperCab Off Road Package today. These are the numbers of my best baseline runs
I took three runs and this is my best run!

HP 210
Torque 270lbs

these numbers are at the wheel!!!
The speed limiter stopped me at 110 mph

I took this baseline dyno so when I put the Super chip and Airforce one FIPK in I can redyno my truck and see the difference..
When I get some time I will scan in the graph from the run!!!

The only thing I have different than stock is a Cat Back exhuast....
The Horse at the engine is

260 horse and 350 torque!

One thing though!! It was friggin awesome to watch the truck get dyno'd It awesome to hear and watch the truck move when the hammer is dropped!!!!!

Cool

HI!... The "97" - "98" 5.4 F150's had 235H.P and 335FT/LBS of TORQUE (flywheel). The "99" and up 5.4 F-150's have 260H.P and 350FT/LBS of TORQUE (flywheel). The "99" and up have more H.P/TORQUE because of the new "P.I" heads (POWER IMPROVED) and a slightly more aggressive cam profile.

Cool My Dyno as Promised!!!

Here is the Graph from my Dyno I got yesterday on my Truck
I was really suprised on the power of it being stock...
The only thing not stock I have on it is a Cat Back Exhuast!!!

I am getting ready to put a Superchip and AirForce One FIPK on it from Mike of SuperChips...

Then I will ReDyno it and see the gains
