First of all let me say that I believe I have read every post on this board regarding Piston Slap. But, I am having trouble locating confirming info on this subject. When I go to the many links regarding TSB's posted on this forum, I either get a TSB summary or title or restricted access page.

Also I've used MANY search engines to look for other sources on this issue and have found nothing regarding late model Ford and Piston Slap.

I can't understand why this is the case. It's almost as if this forum is the only place it's discussed.

Can someone please help me get some confirmation on this issue? Has there been any press on this? And if so, where can I review it?

Is it just me??

You should contact your Ford dealer to get a copy of the piston slap TSB or you can contact Mr. Sal Giampiccolo at (201) 863-4400 EST to get more information regarding the piston slap problem. Bugman.
