I dont know about that, But I can tell you my romeo kicks gravel!

 

I had a 97 f150 with a 4.6 windsor and now i have a 2000 f150 with the Romeo .The Windsor
is alot faster and better engine i think.

 

Yeah, except for those piston rattling around in their bores.....

From several threads here, I think F-150 4.6 stock power varies significantly. Just wondering why.
