Of course the speed limit applies to all the lanes.



§545.051 - DRIVING ON RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAY

(b) An operator of a vehicle on a roadway moving more slowly than the normal speed of other vehicles at the time and place under the existing conditions shall drive in the right-hand lane available for vehicles, or as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway, unless the operator is:
(1) passing another vehicle; or
(2) preparing for a left turn at an intersection or into a private road or driveway.

 

Tailgaters should be killed. I have had 2 vehicles written off due to people rear ending me. Had whiplash both times. Riding someones azz does not make traffic move any faster.

People that watch dvd's, apply makeup or shave while they drive should also suffer a slow and painfull death.

 

Tailgaters don't bother me at all. If they get up on my ***, I MOVE. I am not Johnny Law, no need for me to "slow em down" or do anything. You never know why they may be speeding. Once in a great while, it could be a for a legit reason. And for all you "brake checkers" I hope you know what your getting yoursefl into, and are very big. I have seen more then one fight escalate because some A-Hole had to slam his brakes on. Leave it be, or get out of the way. No need to endanger your life, their life, any one in either vehicle AND anyone near either vehicle. Yup, i think those Brake checkers may be what sets me off. I have followed my fair share to their home.

The one thing I can think of that gets me close to Road rage, is some old chit going 50-55 mph in the fast lane. Or any old *** for that matter, driving during commute hours. Commute hours should be for people going to or from WORK only. Not these dipchits out on a joy ride, at the WRONG time.


Seeing a Prius also gets me pretty hostile.

But by I have slowly learned to not let it bother me. I drive about 70 highway miles a day, so i get my share of "good drivers"

i hate when people weave in and out of traffic in order to be the first car to leave the stop light.

i hate when handicapped old fu<ks who have no business driving a fullsize pickup try to reverse out in a parking lot as though they were trying to parallel park a semi b/c they have no depth perception

i hate when people speed up to pass you and then slow down

i hate when people drive the WRONG WAY on a one way road, risking the lives of others

i hate when people who think a fullsize truck must be slow try to speed 20 mph above the speed limit to pass me. i usually just floor it and wave them the finger as i block them in

i hate when people try to stare at me at the stoplight. limo tint helps here

i hate when i find gum stuffed in the truck's door jamb in a parking lot

i hate when people try to drive a civic w/ coffee can exhaust like its a race car. sounds annoying as hell.

i hate when people block you in a parking lot when you have a trailer to maneuver

i hate when someone tries to pass you, doesn't have enough room and tries to run you off the road.
