I like it when people think I have my high beams - then flash me theirs .

Poor souls - I bet their seeing spots for days after I show em the real thing

TEXANS that drive 10mph under the posted limit on the highway then drive double the posted limit in the city (yes, most of the time they are in the fast lane on the highway)

Things that inspire road rage:
1.) Wife beside you, yelling at you cause she thinks your ignorant.+ 2 kids yelling at each other in the back of the truck.....then you get hit with a sippy cup as the jackhole in his lexus is coming up from behind you 30mph faster than all the other traffic, zippin in and out of traffic like he is going to get first place in the race to get home.
But i just keep my cool, set the cruise controll, take a deep breath and know that one day that person in the lexus and others like them will get their first place. That first place is the center of their car wrapped around a telephone pole cause they were drivin too fast to react appropriately. Let them have their prize.
When i have the chance to do it, i do cut off these ignorant drivers and remind them what the speed limit is.
My new bumper sticker should say: If you drove the speed limit, your insurance would be cheaper!

Last winter I had an incident that calmed road rage. I had some guy fly by me doing about 65 in a 55 on an icy road, as he passed me I commented to my dad that that guy must be looking for a ditch to slide into, not 10 seconds after that the guy that passed me spun out and flew through a 3' snowbank and slid into a tree, being the good samaritan that I am I stopped and asked him if he was alright, he said he was and my response was "alright have a nice day". I figured if he dumb enough to drive like an idiot he deserved to sit in the ditch for a while.

Tailgating, by far. I don't know how many times I gotta slam on the brakes and watch them freak out. It's too funny, but you get people who get all mad. Sorry idiot, get the hint. Too many incidents to list. Now that winter's here, I like to drift into the slush and salty water and drench them. Keep it up, you're car will rust out before the day is done

I can't believe I read all of these posts but it is cheap entertainment.

1. When everyone has merged over due to a lane closures but then the impatient a hole flies by then cuts in thus resulting in the chain reaction of brakes thus resulting in the flippin' traffic jamb. Just get over with everyone else and we will all save gas.

2. Stupid people who slam their brakes on because they just saw a cop in the turn around and their not even speeding.

3. Poor timing of traffic lights. Who determines the light timing anyways, a traffic ENGINEER? Your wasting my flippin gas and brake wear.

Wow, that does feel good

People in Texas that do not obey "slower traffic keep right" law, clueless and/or controlling aholes that cut you off, no matter the reason.

Like so many have said...if you are not in a hurry, then get the f%$# out of the way.

I've worked on the highway for close to 20 yrs, so I've pretty much seen every stupid thing that can be done while driving ... everything from BJ's to reading to putting on makeup. The thing that sends me over the edge is when someone entering one of my lane closures decides he just got to pass the guy in front of him right when the cones are tapering two lanes into one. He puts the lives of my crews at risk so he can get through the closure 5 seconds sooner. Crank it up all you want on the open highway, just chill out a little in my work zones

The biggest thing ever...I almost pulled an 80 year old man out of his car and beat him to pulp one time because of this....

When I'm towing something and someone pulls out in front of me at the bottom of a hill, only to make a turn a few hundred feet down the road. ESPECIALLY if there is no one behind me anyway, and they could have waited until I got by.

Stupid people are the majority of drivers in the U.S.
I just try to relax and laugh at them, makes for a less stressful commute and I still have all of my hair.

Getting too close the the truck used to make me mad as hell. these days, i could care less. I will move out of your way when I am ready too. Just so you know...the speed limit is for all lanes not just the lanes to the right
