I bought the truck as fixer-upper and would like to have a 351W installed.

Can anyone recommend a shop who does performance rebuilds on Ford EFI engines? I have found a couple that can build a 385 horsepower 351, but with carbs. Would rather stick with EFI in a same or newer model year engine for emissions reasons.
