Question 4.9 lower intake????????????????
Will the lower intake of a 1991 E-150 van with a 4.9 EFI fit a 1989 F-150 with the 4.9 EFI?

I would say yes but to be sure i would try and fine some casting numbers on the blocks to verify that the engines are identical.
